Ingredients:
- 1 cup pureed canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 3/4 to 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
- In a large bowl, add to pumpkin sugar and milk and mix well.
- Sift onto wet mixture dry ingredients, mix in but do not over-mix.
- Cook in waffle-iron. Serve with real maple syrup
